Our new cocktail bar, Apollo Inn, is now open a few doors down from Gimlet on Flinders Lane. It’s our ode to the ageless art of the cocktail, the bar, the bartender and the drinker.

Apollo Inn is located on the ground floor of 165 Flinders Lane, a 1920s neo-renaissance-style building on the corner of Flinders and Hosier Lanes. Taking its cues from the timeless cocktail bars of Europe, Apollo Inn is an inviting space with a menu of snacks and small dishes to accompany its drinks.

Signature cocktails include the Lucien Gaudin featuring gin, Campari, dry vermouth and our house Marnier, and the Picon Bière, a blend of house-made amaro and crisp French lager. On the menu, beef carpaccio and raw tuna with sobrasada sit alongside a selection of local and imported cheeses, with crème caramel to finish.
